Why download a bundle from our marketplace?
Downloading a bundle prepared and offered by our subject matter experts can provide you with a cost-effective and comprehensive solution for managing various aspects of EHS responsibilities. Download and use the bundle as it is or edit it to personalize it your own.
Before we get started
Take note
- You can only purchase and download a bundle if you are an "owner" of the organization.
- You can only download a bundle via the web portal.
- Only free bundles and one-time bundle purchases can be edited.
- A bundle includes a form, report, workflow and Dashboard templates
Download a bundle from the marketplace
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Click on Marketplace
Along the top of your menu bar, click Marketplace
Step 3: Filter on a bundle or scroll through each page
If you are looking for a specific bundle, filter it using the options provided on the filter menu. Alternatively, you can scroll through each page until you find the desired bundle.
Step 4: Download your bundle
4.1: Choose the organization you want to purchase the bundle for and to be downloaded to.
4.2: Start the payment process
Step 5: Set up your wizard
In order to make use of the bundle you purchased, it must be assigned to a team. Thereafter, roles need to be assigned to the persons within the team who are responsible for completing the tasks within the workflow.
Step 6: Start workflow
Once the wizard is set, click 
to complete the first task. once completed, submit to generate the next task.
Some bundles will include multiple tasks and others just one, instantly generating a report. If the bundle contains multiple tasks, each task will be generated and available under the My Tasks tab.
Step 7: View Results
Click the Results tab along the menu bar. Here, you will be able to view the progress of the workflow and the data generated from each task submitted.
