How to edit bundles purchased from the marketplace

Before we get started 

Take note 

• You can only edit a bundle if you are an "owner" or "admin" of the organization. 
• You can only edit a bundle via the web portal. 
• Only free bundle and one time bundle purchases can be edited. 

Edit a bundle purchased from the marketplace 

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select the organization you would like to edit a bundle for. 

Step 3: Click on Templates 

Step 4: Click Workflow

Step 5: Click the 🂣 square on the Workflow you want to edit and click Make a local copy

Step 6: Click Import 

A copy of the form, report, and workflow will be made

Step 7: Click Forms and edit to suit your process 

Click Edit on the form template you want to customize. Once done, click Submit.

Step 8: Update your Report Template

Along your menu tab, click Reports and click 'Edit' to make changes to the report template. Click publish once done.

Step 9: Update your Workflow with your new form 

Click Workflows along the menu tab and click Edit. Update the nodes with the latest versions of the templates. Once the workflow has been updated, click Publish.

Step 10: Publish your workflow and assign it to your team 

Once you've built your workflow to completion. Click Publish on the top right corner of the workflow builder and assign the workflow to your team. To learn how to assign a workflow, view this article.
