- Only Admins and Owners can update schedules.
- This feature is applicable to scheduled workflows. Click here to learn more about how to schedule a workflow.
Bulk Update schedules
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select your organization.
Step 3: Click Actions
Step 4: Click Scheduled workflow
Step 5: Check mark the empty box next to the workflows you would like to update the schedules for.
Step 6: Click Change statuses
Step 7: Change the status to Ready, Live or Stopped
7.1: Ready: The default status that will be enabled when a workflow gets updated
7.2: Live: Status used to initiate the workflow at a specific time
7.3: Stopped: Status used to stop the initiation of a workflow
Step 8: Set initiation time and date.
For status that is changed to " live". Set the next initiation time and date.
And that's how easy it is!
