- Workflow: We've added more filter options enabling you to scale down your search by assigned team, bundle vendor, scheduled vs. non-scheduled workflow
- Iframes: We've added Iframes with informative content throughout the platform, enabling users to easily familiarize themselves and get started on the platform.
- Mobile app: We've made it easier for users to sign in/sign up by incorporating a deep link with every user invite.
- Platform: We've carried out preview thumbnails on video uploads for both mobile app and web portal
- Mobile app: With a new mobile file upload queue system, memory optimization during uploads will be improved.
- Mobile app: We've implemented redirect straight to form after the workflow has been started on the mobile app
- Report: We've included the possibility of previewing a report template that has been published
- Mobile app: We've made it easier for members to access their due tasks by opening up deadline email links directly in the mobile app if installed.
- Mobile app: We've allowed the possibility for members to delete their accounts from the mobile app
- Templates: We've made several improvements on the template listing pages ( Forms, Report, Workflows). The look and feel have been optimized with better filtering and sorting.
- Purchases/ Subscriptions: When bundle purchases or subscriptions have been made, these will also be displayed under the templates listing page, making it easier for members to see the contents of their bundles as well as make a local copy ( if possible) and customize them to suit their own process.
- Forms: Prevent instances where setting conditions within a field of a section that has a pre-existing condition is possible
- Forms: Resolved instances where the informative text field was visible when building conditionality
- Forms: Fixed instances where members were not receiving notifications on all required fields when form submission didn't pass the validation
- Mobile app: We've adjusted the mobile system to allow for file uploads in a form field whilst other uploads are in progress
- Mobile app: We've made improvements in the single select form field to allow for better visual text display and performance
- Form: We've added the MP4 format to file uploads
- Platform: We've made various translation improvements across the platform.
- Form: When a member uploads a file that exceeds the limit, an informative message will appear
- Form: Form submission will no longer be possible until files that have been uploaded to the form are complete
- Report: Resolved the issue where conditionalities connected to a KPI formula in the Form were not reproduced in the report.
- Workflow: Admin and Owners of an organization are now able to view all review messages within a task
- Workflow: Addressed the issue where the workflow status changed to closed while ongoing tasks were still present
- Platform: We've improved synchronization issues between the mobile app and the web portal.
- Member invites: Fixed special characters handling in email addresses for invites
- Workflow: Resolved the issue where a new workflow version that has been reassigned to a team was not visible to them to start.
- Workflow: Resolved the issue when filtering available workflows by name would lead to no results
- Mobile app: Improved file uploads for Android users
- Mobile app: We've optimized the checkbox field in the mobile app for better usability
