It is possible to upload a logo per individual team. The PDF reports will show this logo instead of the default organization or Capptions logo. Read in this article how this works.

Go from your homepage to your Organization settings in the left bar.
Then hit 
to go to your team structure.
In the upper right corner hit Options to go to the Team details.
Hit 
and select the logo (in .png) you want to use.
Tip: Upload an image of roughly 300 x 90 pixelsto have the best fit.
If you uploaded your image fill in the desired color code with a # before the code.
