Learn how to view previous workflow versions
Before we get started
Take note:
- You need to be the Admin or an Owner of the organization
View previous workflow versions
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select your organization.
Step 3: Navigate to your Workflow templates
Click -> Templates -> Workflow
Step 4: View the previous workflow version
4.1 Click on the three vertical dots
on the far left of the workflow
4.2 Click -> Previous Versions
A list of workflow versions will be displayed
4.3 Click on the workflow version you want to view
