Why upgrade your bundle purchase to the latest version?
One of the advantages of buying a bundle from one of our subject matter experts is that it is regularly updated to meet the latest compliance standards. By upgrading your purchase of a bundle, you gain access to the most current safety standards and regulations, as well as enhanced features and functionalities of the platform.
Before we get started
Take note
- You can only upgrade the bundle version if you are an "Owner" or "Admin" of the organization.
- You can only upgrade the version of the bundle via the web portal
- Before upgrading a bundle version, ensure that all tasks in the former version have been completed
Upgrade your bundle purchase
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization.
Step 3: Click on Templates
Step 4: Click on Purchases
Step 5: Click on Subscriptions
Click on the three dots along the right of the right of the table 
Step 6: Click on the " Upgrade to version"
And that's how easy it is!
