Why upgrade your bundle purchase to the latest version?
One of the advantages of buying a bundle from one of our subject matter experts is that it is regularly updated to meet the latest compliance standards. By upgrading your purchase of a bundle, you gain access to the most current safety standards and regulations, as well as enhanced features and functionalities of the platform.
Before we get started
Take note
- You can only upgrade the bundle version if you are an "Owner" or "Admin" of the organization.
- You can only upgrade the version of the bundle via the web portal
- Before upgrading a bundle version, ensure that all tasks in the former version have been completed
Upgrade your bundle purchase
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization.
Step 3: Click on Templates
Step 4: Click on Purchases
Step 5: Click on Subscriptions
Click on the three dots along the right of the right of the table 
Step 6: Click on the " Upgrade to version" button
Step 7: Confirm the bundle upgrade
Confirm the upgrade of the bundle by clicking Upgrade
Step 8: Rerun wizard
If the publisher has made changes to the workflow, the bundle wizard should be rerun to ensure that it is assigned to a team and the correct user
8.1: Click Templates
8.2: Click purchases
8.3: Click subscriptions
8.4: Click Setup Wizard
Navigate to the bundle that has been recently upgraded and click. Setup Wizard. Reassign the workflow to the correct team and users
Step 9: Unassign old workflow versions
9.1: Click settings
9.2: Click teams
9.3: Click workflows
9.4: Unassign workflow
Navigate to the old workflow version and click the three horizontal dots. Click Unassign.
