Learn how to set a schedule for a Bundle

- Only a Partner can create a schedule for a bundle
Set a Schedule
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select your organization.
Step 3: Click Templates
Step 4: Click Bundles
Step 5: Click Customer Setup Wizard
Along the menu bar of the bundle builder, click Customer Setup Wizard
Step 6: Add Schedule wizard
Click the 
button
Step 7: Click Assign schedule
7.1 Click Choose step type to open the menu
7.2 Select Assign Schedule
7.3 Provide your schedule wizard with a title
7.4 Click Add step to save
Step 8: Define your Schedule
8.1 Choose the schedule occurrence
The schedule occurrence can be created in two ways.
1) Seller defines the occurrence or 2) Buyer defines the occurrence
Option 1: Seller defines occurrence
8.1 Click the button
8.2 Click Choose step type to open the menu
8.3 Select Define Schedule
8.4 Provide your schedule setup with a title e.g: " Recurring schedule"
8.5 Click Set schedule
8.6 Choose how often the schedule will occur: daily, weekly, or monthly.
8.7 Click Save
8.8 Click the button
8.9 Click Choose step type to open the menu
8.10 Select Time input
8. 11 Provide your schedule setup with a title e.g " When will the workflow be started?"
8.12 Click on the arrow 
to shift the tab above the tab titled 
Option 2: Allow the buyer to define the occurrence
8.1.1 Click the button
8.1.2 Click Choose step type to open the menu
8.1.3 Select Schedule Input
8.1.4 Provide your schedule setup with a title e.g: " Schedule rule"
8.1.5 Click Add step
8.1.6 Click on the arrow to shift the tab above the tab titled
8.2 Choose the time to start the schedule
8.2.1 Click the button
8.2.2 Click Choose step type to open the menu
8.2.3 Select Time input
8.2.4 Provide your schedule setup with a title e.g " When will the workflow be started?"
8.2.5 Click Add step
8.2.6 Click on the arrow to shift the tab above the tab titled
Step 9: Add Schedule variables
Navigate to the tab titled
Click the drop down arrow to add the 1. Schedule occurrence, 2.Time to start the schedule and 3. Workflow to schedule
Step 10: Validate Wizard
On the top right hand corner of the Customer Setup Wizard, Click 
.
Step 11: Publish bundle
Along the menu bar of the bundle builder, click on Publishing . Click Publish bundle
