Learn how to reset your Capptions account password if you've forgotten your login credentials.
Before we get started
Please note
- Password reset instructions are sent via email. Please also check your spam folder for emails from "no-reply@auth0user.net"
- Ensure that your firewall is not blocking emails from "no-reply@auth0user.net"
Reset your password
Step 1: Click the link to open the password reset page
Step 2: Enter your email address.
This should be the same email address used to create your Capptions account
Step 3: Click "Reset password.
You should receive an email in your email inbox titled " Reset your password"
Step 4: Confirm the password reset
You will receive an email with password reset instructions. In the email, click " Reset Password" to open a web page.
Step 5: Enter a new password
Enter your new password and re-enter it again. Click " Reset password"
Step 6: Log back into Capptions
Enter your email address and new password.
