How to purchase credits

Why purchase credits 

To initiate a workflow, it is essential for your organization to have sufficient credits. These credits enable you to access and utilize the various features and functionalities offered. By purchasing credits, you ensure the execution of workflows, allowing you and your team to efficiently manage tasks. Each workflow initiated is equal to a single credit.

Before we get started 

Take note 

  • You can only purchase credits if you are the owner of the organization
  • Your invoice will be emailed to you within 14 days after payment has been made

Purchase credits 

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select the organization you would like to purchase credits for. 

Step 3: Select Settings

Step 4: Select Billing 

Step 5: Select credits 

Here you will also be able to view your current credit balance and your negative balance.

Step 6: Top up balance

6.1: Select your credit amount from the options provided 

6.2: Select a preferred amount by using the custom amount

Step 7: Choose payment method 

Use a credit card or SEPA payment. Enter your payment details and click "Pay". Once completed your organization will be added with a new credit balance.
