      How to add logo to your organization

      Before we get started 

      Take note

      • You can only add a logo to your organization if you are an admin or owner of the organization. 
      • You can only add a logo to your organization via the web portal. 
      • Only JPG & PNG file uploads are possible

      Add a logo to your organization 

      Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

      Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

      Step 2: Select an organization 

      Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select an organization.

      Step 3: Click Settings

      Step 4: Upload logo 

      Click the Screenshot 2023-12-05 at 13.50.31 button above the Organization logo heading 

      Step 5: Click Submit 

      Once a file has been uploaded, click save to submit.
