How to create labels for tasks

This article will show you how to create labels during a form fill out.

Before we get started

Take note

  • The label will be visible on the open task card and within the results overview. 
  • The label can also be edited on the results overview by clicking on the pencil icon. 

Add labels to tasks Webapp

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization. 

Step 3:  Click Actions

Step 4: Click My Tasks 

If you do not have an open task, you can create one by starting a new workflow.

Step 5: Click Complete Task 

Open the task to add a label 

Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the form 

Step 7: Click Add notes 

Step 8: Click Create first label

Step 9: Add label name 

Step 10: add a label colour 

Step 11: Save notes 

Add labels to tasks on the Mobile app 

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct mobile app

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization. 

Step 3:  Click Actions

Step 4: Click My Tasks 

If you do not have an open task, you can create one by starting a new workflow.

Step 5: Click on Add label 

Step 6: Add a title 

Step 7: Choose a colour 

Step 8: Click save
