      How to create Assets

      Before we get started 

      Take note 

      • You can only create Asset via the web portal. 
      • You can create Asset if you are an "owner" or "admin" of the organization. 
      • You must first create an Asset Category before creating your assets 

      Create Asset

      Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

      Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using this link

      Step 2: Select an organization  

      Click on the drop-down arrow in the screen's top left-hand corner. From there, select your organization.

      Step 3: Click Assets

      Step 4: Click +Asset

      Step 5: Add Asset Details 

      5.1 Select the Asset Category

      5.2 Add Asset Name 

      5.3 Add Asset Description

      Step 6: Click Submit 

       

      And that's how easy it is!
