Why compile PDF reports
Compile reports that encompass multiple related and unrelated forms or KPIs, all within a single report. For instance, you can easily select all the form submissions with a specific label, such as "Extreme Hazard," and generate a report exclusively containing forms with this particular result. This flexibility empowers you to efficiently gather and showcase the data that matters most to you.
Before we begin
Take note
- You can only compile PDF report via the web portal.
- You can only complie PDF reports if you are the Admin or Owner of the organization.
Compile PDF reports
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization.
Step 3: Click on Results
Step 4: Click Detailed Results
The Detailed results overview provides you with a table view of all submissions in your organization.
Step 5: Click the filter icon
On the top corner of the page, click on the filter icon 
Step 6: Filter on the data
Filter the data you want to include in your report by selecting the node type, KPI value, or KPI name. You can combine multiple filters to narrow down the data to your specific requirements.
Step 7: Mark the check box alongside the data you would like to generate a report of
To select the data you need, simply check the box next to each item along the left corner of the table. Alternatively, you can check the top box to select all items at once.
Step 8: Click "Generate report"
Click on the Generate report button 
Step 9: Click the download icon button
In a few seconds the report will be generated and sent to your mail box. To download, click the download icon
