How to cancel a bundle subscription

This article will show you how to cancel your bundle subscription

Before we get started 

Take note 

• Owners can cancel subscriptions
• You can only cancel a subscription from the web app 

Cancel bundle subscription 

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select an organization. 

Step 3: Click templates  

Step 4: Click Purchases

Step 5: Click Subscriptions

Step 6: Click the kebab menu ( three dots) on the far right

Step 7: Click unsubscribe

Step 8: Click Cancel Subscription

And that's how easy it is!
