How to assign a new version of a workflow to a team

Before we get started 

Take note

  • You can only assign a workflow if you are an admin or owner of the organization.
  • You can only assign a workflow via the web portal.

 Assign a new version of a workflow to a team

Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

Step 2: Select an organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select the organization you want to create a form for. 

Step 3: Click on Templates 

Step 4: Click Workflows

Step 5: Click on the three dots

Step 6: Click Details 

Step 7: Select the Team

Check mark the box to select the team 

Step 8: Click Upgrade 

Step 9: Unassign the older version

Click unassign to remove the older version of the workflow from your team. All members who have started the workflow will still have the possibility to complete the workflow.
