      How to add my account profile picture

      Before we get started 

      Take note

      • You can only add an account profile picture for your own personal account
      • You can only add an account profile picture via the web portal. 
      • Only JPG & PNG file uploads are possible
      • Your account profile picture will be visible within the Activity feed of the organizations you are a part of. 

      Add an account profile picture

      Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal

      Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link

      Step 2: Click on the grey circle icon on the top right corner  of the portal 

      Step 3: Click on Profile Settings 

      Step 4: Upload image file 

      Click Screenshot 2023-12-05 at 13.50.31  to upload your image.

      Step 5: Click  Submit 

       

      And that's how easy it is!
