Why add a custom invite message 

This message can serve as a warm welcome and can include helpful information about your organization and the role they are being invited to fulfill.

Before we get started

Take note: 

  • You can only invite users into the organization via the web portal. 
  • You can only add custom message invites if you are the admin or Owner of the organization 
  • You can add rich text and links to external documents 

Add custom message 

Step 1: log in to the Capptions Direct portal 

Proceed to log in to the Capptions Direct portal through the link. Enter your login details or use the single sign-on options provided.

Step 2: Select your organization 

Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select your organization.

Step 3: Click Settings 

Step 4: Click Members

Step 5: Add the email address of the user you would like to invite 

Step 6: Add a custom invitation message

Type out your invitation message in the text box provided. If required, add supporting links to external documents.
