This article will show you how to add conditions to a form Field
Before we get started
What are conditions?
Conditions are rules that you can set up to determine how the form behaves based on the user's input. They can be used to show, hide and skip fields. Conditions are typically set as "if this, then that" statements. For example, you might set up a condition that says, "If the user selects "yes" for a particular question, then this displays an additional set of fields" Alternatively, you might set up a condition that says, "If the user selects 'no' for a particular question, then hide specific fields of the form"
- You can only set conditions to a form field if you have the role responsibility of being an "owner" or "admin" of the organization you are setting a condition to a form for or on your own account called the Personal Sandbox.
- You can only set conditions to a form field via the web portal.
