Edit a question

When you've already created a template, you are familiar with creating new questions. But we can imagine that over time some things change. Read this article to know what is possible.

When a template already is used and Capptions are created, it is not possible to change the answering type of a question.

The only exception is changing the answering type from short to long text.  

Is there another way to change the answering type?

You can delete the question and replace it with a new one. But this does affect the question for reporting purposes. The data is not lost, but you can't filter on that particular question anymore

If this isn't a problem, there is no harm in deleting the old question ad creating a new one.
