      System requirements

      We support the newest versions of:

      Android for the Capptions Direct Android AppAndroid logo

      iOS for the Capptions Direct iOS App

      Chrome browser for the Capptions Direct web app

      Edge browser for the Capptions Direct web app

      Safari browser for the Capptions Direct web app

      Firefox browser for the Capptions Direct web app

       

      In reality this means that the before-latest version of the above mentioned OS's is very likely also working without flaws.

      As for the hardware, if the OS/browsers are supported by it, it should work. Of course the newer the hardware is, the better performance can be expected in general.
