Due to heavy load on the system, the Capptions backend has degraded service affecting certain users, we're looking into this and will solve it as soon as we can.

11:45 CET: A fix has been found and we're now rolling out version 3.9.2 to Play Store and App Store. It might take some time for the app to be available to you.
Due to a configuration issue version 3.9.2 of the Capptions app has a problem with media uploads. The issue is receiving the highest attention and we'll be submitting a new version to App Store and Play Store as soon as we can.

Due to an incorrect setting the Capptions platform is intermittently down. This affect both the mobile apps and the Capptions platform.

Due to an incorrect setting some capptions have been accidentally anchored on blockchain (https://capptions.com/blockchain). This may have resulted in undesired text being printed on the capption PDF reports.
