This article will show you how to delete an organization on Capptions Direct
Before we get started
Take note
- Once you have deleted an organization, the action will be irreversible. You will permanently lose all data generated within the organization, including forms, reports, workflows, and users.
- You can only delete the organization if you have "Admin" or "Owner" rights.
- If you would like to keep your forms, reports, and workflows, you can do so by cloning templates to an existing organization.
Step1: Sign in into the Capptions Direct portal
Sign in to your Capptions direct account using the link
Step 2: Navigate to your organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner and select the organization you would like to delete.
Step 3: Click on Settings
Step 4: Type DELETE ORGANIZATION
Scroll to the bottom of the page and type DELETE ORGANIZATION in the Confirm box.
Step 5: Click permanently delete organization
Click on Permanently leave organization to proceed to delete the organization, including its data, from Capptions Direct.
