How does login credentials work across mobile and web dashboards?

Your user credentials i.e. Username/email and password remain the same across the Capptions platform; for all smartphone applications and web dashboards.

These will not work in case you are not authorized to use an application/dashboard. Please contact your organization's administrator or reset your password by using the forgot password functionality.
