This article explains everything about the dashboard

1) On the dashboard you can find the open tasks and see which teams are in the workspace. The example below shows that there is 1 open task (Car check) and that there are two teams (TeamA & TeamB) within the workspace (TestCaptions).

(It is possible to adjust the preferences of the dashboard via the button. This can also be seen in the example below)
