Before we get started
Take note
- Notifications can be managed from the webapp.
- Notifications are managed from a personal "user" level and cannot be overridden by admin or owners of an organization.
- All notifications are turned on by default.
Advanced notifications
Step 1: Sign in to the Capptions Direct web portal
Sign in to your Capptions Direct account using the link
Step 2: Select an organization
Click on the drop-down arrow in the top left-hand corner and select the organization.
Step 3: Click on profile settings
3.1 On the top right corner of the webapp, click on your initials
3.2 Click " Profile Settings"
Step 4: Toggle notification preferences on/off
4.1 Scroll to the bottom of the page
4.2 Toggle buttons on/off, based on the types of notifications you would like to turn off/on
